Itinerary
DAY 1: HA NOI - DON VILLAGE
7:00: Our bus and tour guide will pick you up in the hotel from the old town or omce in Hanoi, then we travel to Pu Luong with a distance of 180 kms (4 hours). On the way, we will stop in Hoa Binh for 15 minutes.
11:00: The group arrives at Pu Luong Restaurant Km0. Then we have lunch, check in the rooms and rest.
13:30: The group travels to Ban Don to explore the life of Thai Den people. We will sightsee the nature, terrace fields. On the way visiting Hieu Waterfall which has 3 layers, you may take a shower and enjoy the fresh atmosphere.
17:30: The group returns to Homestay to enjoy body massage by local Thai people.
19:30: We have dinner, then sing and dance with local Thai people in the restaurant or at the Homestay. After that, we will take rest.
DAY 2: DOAN STREET - CHIENG LAU VILLAGE - CHAM STREAM - CHAY CAVE
Morning: Get up early to enjoy the moment when clouds are still wandering on the mountain.
7:00: Have breakfast and travel to the market of Doan Street to buy specialities and souvenirs. (If it is Thursday or Sunday). Travel to Cham Stream tourism area to watch giant water column, participate in Kayaking or bamboo rafting. Walk for 700 meters to visit and explore Chay Cave with beautiful wild stalactites. It is the most beautiful and deepest cave in Pu Luong. On the way back, you may bath in Cham Stream.
13:00: Have lunch and take rest.
15:00: The vehicle shall pick up the group to travel to Tam Coc, Ninh Binh.
17:30-18:00: The group arrives at Tam Coc tourism area, check in the Homestay and rest.
19:00: Have dinner in the Homestay and relax.
DAY 3: MUA CAVE - BICH DONG - TAM COC - HA NOI
7:00: Have breakfast in the Homestay. Then, the tour guide will give you bikes and we will ride to visit Mua Cave. On the mount of Mua Mountain, we will be able to see the whole landscape of Tam Coc area. The view from this point is as beautiful as the view from other high places such as Ma Pi Leng (Ha Giang), Lim Mong (Yen Bai) or Mai Chau (Hoa Binh).
After that, the group shall ride to visit Bich Dong Pagoda. Bich Dong Pagoda is an ancient pagoda constructed on Truong Yen limestone mountains in Ninh Hai Commune, Hoa Lu District. After riding bikes for half day, the group return to the Homestay to check out.
13:30: We have lunch. Then, the tour guides buy boat tickets visit Tam Coc tourism area. Tam Coc means three caves: The First Cave, The Second Cave, The Third Cave. You will travel along Ngo Dong River on a boat and sightsee the magnificent natural view.
16:00: The group returns to Hanoi. The tour guide will take you back to the hotel in the old town.
18:00: The tour of 3 days and 2 nights ends. See you again.
